Job Seek Japan is divided in two sections: Employees and Companies. If you are looking for a Job, please start your search by clicking "browse current job postings". If you want to fill positions within your organization, please click on one of the employers pages.

The Employees (Job Listing) section can be accessed without Logging In, while for accessing the Companies section the user has to have a user ID, and Log In first. On both sections, any changes to the listings have to be done after Logging In.

The Log In - Sign In page lets you enter your ID & Password for browsing the job listings and posting resumes. If you haven't registered, you must fill the form under Sign Me Up! to receive your user ID. Only registered users can view resumes and post adds.

Get an ID and password for free, immediate access to Job Seek Japan services. You will receive an email activation link shortly.

Once you receive the notification E-Mail, go to the URL written on it and then Log In, you are now registered on Job Seek Japan

Now the user can access any information on Job Seek Japan, including posting and browsing of resumes and ads. Verification Process: Every ad posted must be approved by our staff before going public. Changes made to approved postings also need to be approved. This usually takes less than 10 business days.

JobSeekJapan offers users the ability to enter Japanese or English text in any text field. We recommend that users write resumes (or job listings) in either Japanese or English, or one in each language, so that items can be easily searched by other users.

ERRORS

If you get an error like this when posting your position or resume:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Syntax error in INSERT INTO statement
Please ensure that you have posted your information without any formatting characters or special character like & % $ @ # etc. Special characters will not "format" your information and cause these errors with the database.

Please remove any of these characters from your posting and try submiting again.

Job listings and resumes will be removed from the website after approximately 6 months. If you wish to remove the listing before that, please log in and delete it yourself.
