膝enerate and document proposals of actions for improvement, correction or prevention derived from the diagnose of the operation痴 areas of opportunity to integrate KIA assessment reports
百uggest best practices found in the KIA Best Practices bank, prior validation from headquarters KIA Manager and LBE Counsel Officer
彪alidate KIA assessment reports, proposals of improvement, corrective or preventive actions with Company Headquarters in Mexico, specifically with the KIA Manager and the LBE Counsel Officer, before the final delivery

百upervision and Follow Up

匹oordinate potential franchisees or marketing partners visits to the park
柊ssist visitors at all times and arrange sightseeing tours, lunches/dinners and other hospitality actions
Requirements:
稗A/BS Degree or related field MBA is a plus
・ or more years of experience in management positions
姫rior experience in facilitiy/education/franchise sectors will be an advantage.
姫rogressive experience in professional services, entertainment or consumer industry business.
彦ully trilingual: Japanese/Korean/English
謬ravel availability (short trips but constant)
